All orders placed through Lumiaxstore are fulfilled and shipped from our international warehouse in China. We provide complimentary shipping for all orders, with standard delivery typically ranging from 7 to 20 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing. Each order is tracked, and customers receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing or unforeseen logistical disruptions. In the event that an order has not arrived within 45 days, customers are entitled to contact our support team for resolution, which may include reshipment or a full refund.
Customers may request a return of purchased items within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, Lumiaxstore will process either a refund or an exchange at the customer’s discretion. The cost of return shipping will be borne by Lumiaxstore in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect. In all other cases, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. All products sold by Lumiaxstore are covered under a 30-day limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty guarantees that products are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended under normal use. The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or negligence. Customers claiming under the warranty are required to contact Lumiaxstore via lumiaxstore2025@gmail.com, providing their order number and supporting evidence of the defect. Following verification, Lumiaxstore will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a full refund.
